King’s College London students speak to UK astronaut in space

12 February 2016

King’s College London students enjoyed the moment of a life time this week as UK astronaut Tim Peake called from the international space station.

Students spent 15 minutes chatting to Tim via conference call in a lecture as part of the BSc module in ‘Extreme Physiology’ and the MSc programmes in Human & Applied Physiology and Space Physiology & Health. Tim, who had visited King’s College London as a guest lecturer in 2011, 2012 and 2013, is currently six weeks into a 6-month trip aboard the international space station.

Are you interested in applying to King’s College London? Meet them face to face as they attend the UK University Fair on 5th March at the Lancaster London Hotel. Register for free entry today!
