Lancaster University ranked in UK top three for graduate employment

21 February 2019

Lancaster University has been ranked as the best in the region and third best in the UK for graduate employment following the publication of the Times and Sunday Times League Tables for 2019.

Lancaster is a top 10 UK university and was rated Gold, the highest possible award, in the most recent Teaching Excellence Framework. They were also named University of the Year in 2018 by the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2018.

Alastair McCall, editor of The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide, said: "Graduate prospects are the best for any non-specialist university in the UK with employers falling over themselves to recruit Lancaster students."

Are you interested in learning more about Lancaster and studying there from September 2019? Make sure you don't miss out as SI-UK and Lancaster join forces to host a special lecture on February 27th in London for all international and EU students.

About the Lecture

SI-UK and Lancaster University are delighted to invite international and EU students to join us for a special lecture on Wednesday 27th February at The Work Foundation which will be presented by Dr Catherine Salzedo, a teaching Fellow in accounting and finance.

The event is open to all, free of charge and places will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so please register to avoid disappointment.

The afternoon will begin with a 45-minute presentation from Dr Catherine Salzedo on "Investing for the Social Good - A range of accounting and finance careers”, followed by a short break for refreshments. Lancaster University alumni will then take to the stage to talk further about their experiences at the University.
