University of Buckingham safest place to study in the UK

A new ranking from the Complete University Guide has confirmed the University of Buckingham as the safest university in the UK according to police statistics.

Using official police figures to measure rates of all crimes within three miles of each university, the University of Buckingham, which is the only degree-awarding independent university in the UK and one of the smallest, with just 2,000 students from 80 countries enrolled, ranked ahead of Falmouth University and Durham University in the survey.
