University of Liverpool launch new Masters programmes

06 April 2021

The University of Liverpool has launched a range of new master’s programmes which international students are invited to apply for ahead of September 2021 entry.

Of the new postgraduate courses, the University said: "Whether students are progressing straight from their undergraduate degree, looking to change career direction, or wanting to take the next step in their current role, the new programmes can help them to achieve their ambitions. These new programmes all have excellent links with employers and are taught by globally renowned scientists, researchers and clinicians."

The new courses are available in the following fields:

Medicine, Nursing and the Allied Healthcare Professions

"With an ageing population and the impact of COVID-19, the demand for staff in the healthcare sector is surging. We have developed a portfolio of new programmes in this area to develop the skills and knowledge of practicing healthcare professionals, and to enable graduates from a range of subject disciplines to enter the sector through our Pre-registration and conversion programmes."

Data

"Organisations are increasingly using and collecting larger amounts of data to find patterns and help solve their business challenges. As a result, the demand for staff with the right combination of technical, analytical and communication skills to work with data is high. To meet these business needs, we offer a selection of programmes that develop data scientists able to work across sectors from health, finance, scientific research and IT to communication and media."

Culture and Heritage

"These new programmes explore culture and heritage in a modern day context as well as how our communication practices have been influenced and changed in recent times."
