UK University Open Day at SI-UK London

- Bournemouth University

Bournemouth University has a strong professional orientation with a focus on academic excellence and graduate employability. Bournemouth are recognised as the only Centre for Excellence in Media Practice in the UK and graduates from the National Centre for Computer Animation have worked in Hollywood on such films as Lord of the Rings, Gladiator, Star Wars, Madagascar and King Kong. In 2013, Bournemouth University became the first UK university to receive ‘commended’ status for the quality of learning opportunities. 

- De Montfort University

With undergraduate students earning an average of £24,000 within six months of graduating at De Montfort University, the Leicester institution is one of the most valuable investments a student can make. Encouraging its students to develop their entrepreneurial flair, more than 100 new businesses are started by its own students each year, while Frontrunners – DMU’s campus-based placement scheme - allows current students to apply for a variety of work placements within the university, putting lecture theatre learning into practise at the workplace.

- London Metropolitan University

London Metropolitan University courses have received top marks from the UK's Quality Assurance Agency and the University offer a number of fee reductions and scholarships to help you pay for your studies. Employability is at the heart of the curriculum at London Met. Many courses are accredited by a wide range of professional bodies ensuring qualifications have professional currency and we can help you to find placements, work experience and voluntary opportunities across a wide variety of organisations.

- Navitas UK

Navitas provides quality vocational training and higher education - from certificate and diplomas through to masters degrees - coupled with placement services. Courses are diverse including health, criminology, counselling, psychology and social work. Highly ranked English as second language courses for international students are taught as well as English language, settlement and work preparation programs for migrants and refugees.
