Malaysian nationals, who are normally resident in Malaysia, commencing a full-time postgraduate taught Masters at the University of Aberdeen in September 2024 are eligible to apply for the David Stewart Scholarship.
Description
4 scholarships valued at £4,000 each will be awarded.
Eligibility
To be considered for the scholarship you will need to have applied to the University of Aberdeen and been offered a place for entry in September 2024. You must also be a self-funded student, and not in receipt of any financial assistance from the Malaysian Government. The scholarship can only be held by a student of the University commencing study in September 2024 – it cannot be transferred to other institutions. Priority will be given to students who do not already have additional scholarship funding (student loans excluded) and to those who have firmly accepted either a conditional or unconditional offer for a place at the University at the time the selection committee meets.
Criteria
Candidates are required to hold the equivalent of a 2nd Class British Honours degree or better from a recognised Malaysian university.
