What is the scholarship?
Full tuition fee scholarship for 1 Year Masters programme.
You must have an unconditional offer to study for a master's degree at GCU (Glasgow or London campus) commencing September 2024 and be able to detail how you will cover your living costs in line with UKVI visa regulations.
Scholarships will be awarded on an overall assessment of the merit and promise of the candidate, including their financial circumstances this is a highly competitive scholarship for limited places and no late applications will be accepted.
Selection criteria will be based upon the following answers when you apply:
Applicant has a strong academic profile
demonstrates how you have contirbuted to the common good
Applicant has demonstrated financial need
Applicant has clearly outlined how the programme fits with their future ambitions and goals
You will be required to agree to the Ambassadors' Charter, which outlines requirements for successful applicants. These are:
Record three vlogs/blogs about your experience as a student of GCU
At least one social media takeover (such as Instagram live)
Be in attendance and adopt an ambassadorial role at our open days/afternoons
One hour per week as a Unibuddy helping answer prospective students' questions about life at GCU.
Who can apply?
Any International fee-paying student who can demonstrate how they have contributed to the Common Good and are looking to commence studies inSeptember 2024 and have an unconditional offer on a master's degree in either our Glasgow or London campus.
As part of the application, you will be required to submit a video of no longer than two minutes telling us about yourself and how you have contributed to the Common Good. Please detail the link of your Youtube or Vimeo video on the application form.
This scholarship is very competitive so please ensure your application details the impact your Common Good activity has made.

Terms and conditions
Must hold an unconditional offer of study with GCU before applying or the application will be rejected.
You must be able to cover your living costs in line with the UKVI requirements when applying for a visa.
All awards are non-transferable to any other course or academic session if you are awarded the scholarship.
Only applicants on a full-time, taught postgraduate master's course are eligible to apply.
